October 25th-November 4th, 2008
This season we are offering the chance to climb the
Trilogy!
Climb three of the highest peaks in Mexico. (Popocatepetl,
Mexico's 2nd highest is active and currently unclimable
so we climb the 1st, 3rd and 4th highest). This 9 day
itinerary includes 3 ascents on these impressive
volcanoes.
These glaciated volcanoes are a great way to experience
high altitude for the first time without major crevasse
danger. Also worthy 0bjectives for experienced climbers.
Warm sunny weather, great food, fun and culturally interesting...and
of course great climbing above 15,000 feet!

Comments
from past trip participants:
"I really enjoyed the trip.
It was very helpful to know Ricardo as a leader and
for him to know us [through the Colorado Mountain Club].
I thought it was excellent. I would most definitely
recommend Alpine Expeditions to my friends. You
can almost certainly count me in for next year."
Linda Jagger, Denver, CO
"The hotel and restaurant
choices were superb. I did not get sick on this trip.
Safety and \leadership were fine and logistics where
wonderful, we never missed a bus, van or had any problems
getting to or from the locations. I really enjoyed the
local guides.[Ricardo's assistant guide is Salvador
Delgadillo] (Salvador's cooking was wonderful, and his
leading outstanding)."
Tom Jagger, Denver, CO
"I
enjoyed the trip very much and would recommend Ricardo's
skills to others."
